The law in PR (child support)
As you saw I'm really bad to post even when I love read others and I want so bad have that connection, I feel so lonely. Sometimes I need another point of view, I read about blessing and hope and I feel Not for me, but then I think about my boys and I thanks God, but very honest I still sad, so sad. My husband have a daughter in PR we never ever miss a single child support payment and it's not easy, we paid $725.00 a month for 1 child,,,, yes for 1. and when my husband was on Iraq 3 yrs ago we paid $1,075.00 a Month when he come back home they "adjust" to $725.00 but some STUPID person in the court in Puerto Rico make a mistake A HUGE one and send a letter to the child support that we own $23,050.00 so when we do the taxes last year actually we do for 2007 and 2008 together we must receive 19,000.00 back with the first time home buyer stimulus, so what happen???? YES they send the money to that bitch and now we have a case try to have our money back the judge do nothing!!!!!! you know like when the judges receive payment for do nothing........ so we need to go to the apelative court( when 3 judges judge the decision of the judge in our case) and that cost almost $5,000.00 its no fair, I have no idea where my hope are?????????????????????
